We listen. We see you. We take the time during your visit to understand where you’ve been, what’s working, what’s not, and where you’d like to go. A comprehensive care plan — especially one that includes lifestyle changes — takes time, thoughtfulness, and collaboration.
Education is key, and your input is essential. In many conventional medical settings, this kind of patient-centered, unhurried care simply isn’t possible. At Integrative Family Medicine, it’s our standard. We hope more practitioners will embrace this approach in the future.

We utilize trusted specialists when needed and have built a strong network — a “village” of caring professionals — to support your needs. In many cases, we act as the “quarterback” of your care, helping coordinate among multiple specialists to ensure your treatment is streamlined and cohesive. We can serve as your primary care provider, or you may choose to keep your current PCP and work with us for consultative, integrative care.
Becoming a New Patient

Complimentary Phone Consultation (20 minutes)
Determine fit; no records review or medical advice during this call.

Initial Visit (2 hours)
Comprehensive intake, records review, detailed history, physical exam as indicated, and beginning of care plan; includes InBody body composition analysis.

Ongoing Visits & Services
Follow-up visits (in-person or telemedicine), acute visits for established patients, nurse visits, and weekly in-office phlebotomy (mobile draw available for a fee).
